Our fees
One fee, written in the mandate, VAT included, never above the legal maximum (Real Estate Agent Authority (Transaction Fees) Regulations 2026). Paid only if the property is sold or let.
Sale: up to 2% of the sale price, VAT included, paid by the seller.
Rental: up to 8% of 12 months' rent, VAT included, paid by the landlord.
Buyers and tenants: no fee.
Notary fees, registration duty and land transfer tax are separate and paid to the authorities.
